Meet The Chef

Chef Legault currently resides in North Carolina serving his country in the Marine Corps. He is a young man with strong ambitions. He is originally from New England and worked under some of the best chefs in that area before joining the Marine Corps. He specializes in Classical French Cuisine in fine dining. His plan is to innovate molecular gastronomy and hope to open up a restaurant and earn his 3 star rating. When he is not cooking, he loves to spend his days outdoors. He mainly go on hikes, camping trips and fish to catch the most freshest ingredients.
